Please order as early as possible as we accept orders on a first come first served basis. We do not accept phone orders for custom cakes;so please stop by the shop to place orders for a design consultation. A deposit of 50% is required to order a custom cake or to reserve a date and is non_refundable in case of cancellation. This reservation fee will be treated as a down payment when you pay the balance of your order, which is due no later than two weeks prior to your event. Standard delivery charge for the Conway area is $25 per hour, in hourly increments. Delivery outside the Conway area will be quoted based on mileage and per hour rate. There is a deposit required on all equipment rental. The equimpent deposit is to be paid at the same time as your cake and is refundable if the equipment deposit is to be paid at the same time as your cake and is refundable if the equipment is returned in the same condition, within 3 days or less of the event.
